The Private Sector Constituency (PSC) to the Board of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is now accepting applications for Board member and Alternate Board member positions for the upcoming 2021-2023 term.
The PSC Board member and Alternate Board member will represent the private sector as a voting constituency to the Global Fund Board for a two-year term starting on May 12, 2021 through the close of the first Global Fund Board meeting in 2023. Board representatives are elected by the PSC Advisory Group, a group of companies committed to providing ongoing input and guidance on decisions and matters related to the Global Fund. GBCHealth serves as the Focal Point for the Global Fund Private Sector Constituency.
Interested applicants must complete and submit a candidate questionnaire to PSC@gbchealth.org by no later than Wednesday, March 24, 2021.
Only candidates from companies or business organizations with a track record of engagement on issues related to the Global Fund and/or its mission will be considered. Representatives from businesses based in countries that receive Global Fund funding are encouraged to apply. Please note that candidates must either be a representative of a current PSC member company or agree to join the PSC as a formal member, according to the requirements as described in the PSC Governance Guidelines (Annex 1), upon election.
