Teodorina Lessidrenska is an experienced international consultant and a catalyst for and contributor to the growing sustainability uptake in Russia, Eastern and Southern Europe, Africa and Latin America, working in the cross-cutting areas of business and sustainable development with leading private and public actors to improve the state of the world.

Teodorina joined us from the World Bank Group, where she was a Senior Sustainability Expert developing Social Sustainability Principles and Performance Indicators at the Global Forum. She was one of the key architects of several global sustainability initiatives (Global Reporting Initiative [GRI], International Integrated Reporting [IIRC], Triodos Bank’s Sustainable Banking, etc.) and brings years of extensive international experience in a range of leadership roles in corporate social responsibility and development programs involving the private sector, the United Nations, governments, multilateral organizations and civil society, with a focus on emerging economies. She has strong relationship management and networking skills, backed up by excellent writing and analytical skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Her expertise in development of reporting frameworks, multistakeholder engagement from grassroots to the highest level, and facilitating the strategic development of collaborative multi-stakeholder networks will be a great asset to the PSC. She is fluent in English, Bulgarian, Russian and functional in French.
